Fall is in the air & I’m thrilled; it’s my favorite season. Like most of you, I begin baking up a storm in the fall. Which led me to this recipe that I found on Pinterest (seriously, if you aren’t on Pinterest, you should be!): Caramel Apple Cheesecake Bars with Streusel Topping. The very idea of eating this treat makes me drool!
